the staff was always polite and accommodating, even during busy times. the massages were definitely a highlight of my visit. the room had modern amenities, and the bathroom was well-kept and clean. the breakfast was tasty, especially the freshly baked goods and coffee. the view from the property was breathtaking. the facilities provided were above average and of great value.

That sometimes the reception area was understaffed, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

Had a wonderful weekend! The staff was extremely friendly and always happy to help. Loved the massages, which were really relaxing and effective. One of the best aspects was the stunning outdoor pool that was really refreshing and certainly made our stay extra enjoyable. We were also impressed with the amazing food served in the on-site restaurant, I mean, it was simply delicious.

To be honest, there were little negatives. However, we thought the parking area was a bit far from the hotel so it was a bit inconvenient when carrying our luggage.

Spending my Xmas there was the best decision ever! I loved the festive atmosphere and all the decorations were beautiful. the food was simply delicious, especially the traditional dishes. the location was perfect, as it was close to everything I needed, including the Christmas markets and the town center. the room was exactly what I expected, cozy and comfortable, with the perfect temperature. the customer service was outstanding, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming.

To be honest, I didn't find anything to dislike about my experience. the only thing I might suggest is to have more activities available during the day.
